To guarantee a seamless experience and provide you with exceptional service in a relaxed, professional setting, we have established a set of policies. We kindly ask that you review them before booking or attending your appointment at Bizarre of Canberra.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to the final cost of your service or kept as a credit on your account for future bookings at Bizarre of Canberra. If you need to rebook, a new deposit will be required.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit will remain as a credit for future services or product purchases.
To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel within this time frame, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for any future appointments.
For Nanoplasty and Keratin treatments, a minimum deposit of $150 is required, along with 7 days' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Attendance:
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any changes to your appointment, including cancellations, rescheduling, or modifications to services. If changes are made with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged for the originally booked service, and no future appointments can be scheduled until this payment is settled.
Confirmations:
To secure your appointment, please reply to your confirmation message. We are unable to hold appointments without confirmation, and any unconfirmed bookings may be canceled at our discretion.
Change of Service:
If you’ve booked a colour and cut but decide to cancel one of these services, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. We cannot hold or adjust appointments without prior notice. If you change your mind on the day of your appointment, you will still be charged for the original service and time booked.
Service Guarantee
We offer a 7-day guarantee for all services. If you have any concerns or wish to discuss your results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. After this period, we are unable to guarantee the service.
Please be aware that we cannot ensure the outcome if inferior hair care products, which may contain colour-stripping ingredients, are used at home. While we do not offer refunds, we are dedicated to working with you to achieve your desired results.
We do not provide redos or refunds due to changes in preferences. For instance, if you decide to switch from a lighter shade to a darker one, or change from a curtain fringe to a full fringe, these decisions are entirely up to you. Should you wish to make such changes, an additional fee will apply for any follow-up appointments.
