 How long does Nanoplasty treatment last?

Nanoplasty treatment can last for up to 8 months, providing long-lasting straightening results. The exact duration may vary depending on individual hair type and maintenance. Regrowth of your natural hair will also factor in to how long you can go in-between Nanoplastys.  

How much will nanoplasty cost?

At Bizarre of Canberra our Nanoplasty starts at $410 for 50g of solution then for each additional gram is $3.50. Rest assured we will only use what is needed by mixing up increments as we go.  Your stylist will let you know the total price as soon as product is applied. One important face with Nanoplasty is it needs to be applied as instructed. No skimping or results may suffer.  Generally prices are in between $410 - $910.The service will go for a minimum of 4 hours sometimes longer.  Some peoples hair absorbs more nanoplasty than others some less and we have found this pricing to be the fairest for all. 

Can Nanoplasty be used on coloured or chemically treated hair?

Yes, Nanoplasty can be used on coloured or chemically treated hair. It is suitable for various hair types, including blonde and grey hair.

 Do I need to use specific shampoos or hair care products after Nanoplasty?

After Nanoplasty, it is not necessary to use sulfate-free shampoos. However, we recommend using salon grade hair products to keep your hair looking fabulous. We recommend using  Marroco Golden Hair Mask once a week for 5 to 10 mins. We sell this mask in salon. 

 Is Nanoplasty a vegan-friendly and cruelty-free product?

Yes, Nanoplasty by Floractive is vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. It is formulated with natural ingredients and does not involve animal testing.

 How long should I wait before coloring or bleaching my hair after Nanoplasty?

For bleaching, it is recommended to wait 2 weeks before or after Nanoplasty. For colouring, you can wait 3 days to one week after the treatment.

 Will chlorine or salt water affect the Nanoplasty treatment?

If you take care by using a good leave-in product, it should not be affected by chlorine or salt water.

 Will the treatment cause my blonde hair to become brassy?

Not exactly as we have two specific formulas to address different hair types. Our W ONE formula is designed for dark and coloured hair, while W TWO is tailored for blonde and grey hair. Sometimes colour does change slightly in some blondes due to certain factors. Toning can be performed straight after if needed.  

Can I wash or style my hair immediately after Nanoplasty?

We will wash your hair after the straightening service so you won't have to.  You can wash it again anytime as needed.

 Can I still use heat styling tools after Nanoplasty?

Yes, you can still use heat styling tools after Nanoplasty. With Nanoplasty, if you desire pin straight hair you will need to blast dry with a hairdryer and your hands. It is important to use them at a moderate temperature and apply heat protectant products to minimize potential damage to the hair. Nanoplasty is not heat activated but is heat accelerated.

Redoing nanoplasty for subsequent times 

As your natural frizzy/ curly hair grows out you will be needing to get your nanoplasty redone to maintain silky smooth hair. We repeat a similar  process as the first time on all of the hair taking into consideration the ends are already treated. We do not do the regrowth only. This ensures a perfect result with longevity from roots to ends.
